Youth and Young Adult Minister– This position is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and developing the High School Youth Group (Life Teen) and supporting STAYA Young Adult Ministry leaders. The role focuses on cultivating a pastoral ministry that fosters the personal and spiritual growth of teenagers and young adults. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive formation plan that supports discipleship, leadership development, and ongoing evangelization, while integrating catechetical, spiritual, service, and social components. The position also organizes and coordinates retreats, mission trips, and summer outreach initiatives such as camps, conferences, and pilgrimages.

Middle School Confirmation Coordinator– This position is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and developing the Middle school Confirmation Preparation Programs and Retreats. The role focuses on cultivating a pastoral ministry that fosters the personal and spiritual growth of youth and their families. Responsibilities include implementing a comprehensive formation curriculum based on the recommendations established by the Archdiocese of Atlanta including catechetical, spiritual, service, and social components. The position collaborates with the youth minister in organizing and coordinating retreats, mission trips, and summer outreach initiatives such as camps, conferences, and pilgrimages.

High School Confirmation Coordinator– This position is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and developing the High school Confirmation Preparation Programs and Retreats. Qualified candidates will demonstrate a mature sacramental life and a strong, mission-oriented mindset, along with a combination of education and/or experience in religious education, youth, college, or young adult ministry, typically including a high school diploma and some college experience. Candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends and be committed to supporting and upholding the mission and teachings of the Catholic Church.
