Fostering new friendships among seniors is the core mission of the STA ministry, Forever Young Friends (FYF). Published programs of lunch dates and outreach activities are displayed in the Gathering Area. Rainy days and Mondays always get you down? FYF lets the metaphorical sunshine in the second Monday of each month. That’s when we gather in the Parish Hall for good food, fun, entertainment, and a chance to make new friends. Friendships are rich sources of joy and laughter and can contribute to good health. Old friends are real treasures while new friends bring new energy to your soul.
Have you just retired — or perhaps just searching for something to keep yourself active and personally fulfilled? Consider becoming a member of FYF. Satisfaction is guaranteed or your $10 membership fee will be refunded. (This fee also buys you a “free lunch” at our annual May BBQ and BINGO event.)

- Addressing practical transportation options for home-bound members.
