 It’s never too late to make a difference! Improve your flexibility, balance, agility, and muscular strength and endurance in this slow, chair-based workout. Use light dumbbells and resistance bands (or just your own bodyweight) and other fun equipment with guidance on proper posture and movement and exercise modifications, as needed. You will grow stronger, sleep better, and just feel better…”motion is lotion”! Sharpen your mind through cognitive training and just being social. Develop new friendships, expand your support network, and experience movement with others. Join us on Mondays and Wednesdays in the Parish Hall, 10:30 am – 11:30 am.
