NEW CLASS starting January 8th! Stretch, Stabilize, and Strengthen

This class builds a stronger, more resilient foundation for the body by focusing on flexibility, stability, and functional strength. Using slow, controlled bodyweight only movements, you will increase flexibility to help reduce the risk of muscle strains and joint injuries, improve balance and core strength to help protect your spine and improve posture, and enhance muscular strength to support your joints and help prevent injuries. Connect mind and body to help reduce stress, manage pain, improve sleep, and reduce the risk of chronic disease. Note – participants must be able to get down and up from the floor. Please bring your own exercise mat as only a few are available to use during class. Thin, Yoga-style mat recommended.

Join us on Thursdays in the Parish Hall, 9:45 am – 10:45 am.
