DELATTE UPDATE
The following is the text of a talk given to the parish by the Haiti Committee.
"You have all heard of the devastation of the earthquake in Haiti. It nearly demolished a city of 3 million people. The earthquake has also affected our sister parish in Delatte.
The information coming out of Port-au-Prince and the surrounding area has been principally from text messaging, but we have recently made voice contact with our pastor at St. Martin’s.
Father Paul, our new pastor at St. Martin’s, had a ticket to come here today to speak with you but obviously he has more important things to do in Haiti. At the time of the earthquake he was in Port-au-Prince and has just returned to Delatte."

Archbishop's Annual Appeal
The Archbishop needs our parish support. His
Annual Appeal provides the funding for our
ministries in the Archdiocese. Our financial
gifts touch the lives of the unborn, the student,
the educators, the infirmed, the elderly,
seminarians and priests, and the homeless
and those suffering from injustice.
During Lent we are asking all parishioners to
join together to help reach our parish goal.
Here is where we stand to date:
Parish Goal: $187,259
Pledged to date: $126,147
Families at STA: 3,578
Families Pledging Support: 376
Together we can reach our goal. Please pledge
your support – we can’t do it without you.
